New England Weekend Adventures

I mentioned on Monday that we were busy soaking up the gorgeous weather this weekend in two of New England's finest: Massachusetts and New Hampshire. We were right outside Boston for a graduation then hung out in the city for a couple hours, my first trip there in eight years when my brother graduated. This time it was my sister's boyfriend as well as a friend of ours that got to turn their tassels.

Boston is just picture perfect.

The weekend was also split between our friend's lake house in New Hampshire, the epitome of nature's splendor and total relaxation.

Being in Boston as well as NH definitely left an impression on me and further encouraged my love of all things New England-y: navy blue, crisp white, warm weathered brass, stripes!, woven textures, hints of preppy-ness. I love it all and plan to bring a little bit of that into our home as soon as possible.
