Although we don't ever have a Halloween sit-down dinner I still wanted to have some fun and set up a little creepy table setting to set the mood.
This black and red vintage tin I had in my collection helped to set the color scheme:
A few pumpkin weeds collected on one of our trips to the farm were free and help add interest with their naturally unique shape.

For a more casual feel, I scaled back the runner and the place settings and will keep things this way until Halloween:
